摘要
目的 探讨预警管理在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年5月至2018年5月本院住院的新生儿黄疸192例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础给予预警管理干预。观察两组患儿干预后的临床效果中护理风险事件发生率,比较干预前及干预3d后患儿的黄疸指数、血清胆红素水平。结果 观察组患儿的临床效果高于对照组(P<0.05);干预3d后,两组患儿黄疸指数明显下降,血清胆红素水平降低,观察组变化幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组呕吐窒息、反复穿刺、眼罩脱落及皮肤损伤发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 预警管理应用于新生儿黄疸护理中效果明显,可有效改善患儿黄疸指数,降低护理风险事件发生率。
Objective To explore the application effects of warning management in neonatal jaundice nursing. Methods To select 192 cases of neonatal jaundice who were hospitalized in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given warning management intervention on the basis of the control group. The incidence of nursing risk events in the clinical effect of the two groups were observed. The jaundice index and serum bilirubin levels were compared before and at 3 days after intervention. Results The clinical effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05).After 3 days of intervention, the jaundice index decreased significantly and the serum bilirubin level decreased. The change of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group( P <0.05). The incidence of vomiting, repeated puncture, eye mask loss and skin injury in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Warning management is effective in the treatment of neonatal jaundice, which can improve the jaundice index effectively and reduce the incidence of nursing risk events.
