摘要
高等教育机构是利益相关者组织,满足利益相关者期待的程度是评估高等教育质量的重要依据。由于社会背景、高等教育体系和高等教育机构类型的不同,高等教育利益相关者并不相同,他们对高等教育的期待亦不完全相同。就我国公立高校而言,与其关系密切且有代表性的利益相关者主要有政府、教师和学生,他们分别代表社会需要、学术发展和消费者诉求,尽管他们对高等教育的期待有一定差异,但在相当程度上依然有一致性,对涉及高等教育质量的主要因素有基本共识,据此可以建立基于利益相关者期待的高等教育质量模型。
Higher education institutions are organizations of stakeholders. The degree of meeting the expectations of stakeholders is basic to evaluate higher education quality. Due to different social backgrounds, systems of higher education and types of higher education institutions, the different stakeholders are divided on their expectations for higher education. With respect to China public universities, there’re such highly correlated stakeholders as the government, the faculty and students, representing social needs, academic development and consumer demands separately. Although there’s a certain gap among their expectations, to some degree, there also exists intersection. There’s consensus on the main factors of higher education quality, therefore, it could build the quality model of higher education based on the expectations of stakeholders.
