防治水稻立枯病的复合生物菌可湿性粉剂的研制 被引量:4

Development of a Composite Biological Wettable Bacterial Powder for Controlling Rice Blight

摘要 通过对枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和哈茨木霉菌(Trichoderma harzianum)进行室内毒力测定以及田间药效试验,取得了较好的防治效果。以枯草芽孢杆菌、哈茨木霉菌为有效成分,筛选出符合可湿性粉剂要求的助剂配方。筛选的助剂主要有:载体、分散剂、润湿剂、稳定剂、UV保护剂。最佳助剂配方:硅藻土、聚乙烯醇(PVA)为8.4%、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物(D425)为5.6%;抗坏血酸(维生素C)0.1%、K2HPO41%。将助剂与母药混合后用载体硅藻土补偿至100%。根据枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂NY/T2293.2-2012标准测定,各指标均符合国家标准。 A good control effect was obtained through toxic test and field efficacy test of the Bacillus subtilis and Trichoderma harzianum. Bacillus subtilis and Trichoderma harzianum as effective ingredients were selected to meet the requirements of the wettable powder formulation of additives. The main screening agents were carrier,dispersant,wetting agent,stabilizer and UV protective agent. The best formula was: diatomite,polyvinyl alcohol( PVA) 8. 4%,naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate( D425) 5. 6%;ascorbic acid( Vc) 0. 1%,K2 HPO41%. The additives were mixed with the parent drug and was compensated to 100% with carrier diatomite. According to the NY/T2293. 2-2012 standard of Bacillus subtilis wettable powder NY/T2293. 2-2012,all the indexes met the national standards.
