摘要
为适应市场原燃料条件变化,宁钢高炉进行了一系列有益的尝试,通过煤粉热重性能的研究,优化配煤结构;通过一种含有非主流无烟煤的混合煤份制粉技术科学研究,拓展了非主流无烟煤的使用范围,降低喷煤制粉成本;通过建立新品试用引进流程,为开发引进新煤种走出一条新路,有效降低喷吹煤配煤制粉成本。
In order to adapt the change of raw material and fuel conditions in the market, a series of beneficial attempts have been made of blast furnace in Ningbo Steel, optimizing coal blending structure by studied thermal gravimetric properties of pulverized coal. Through scientific research on pulverizing technology of mixed pulverized coal containing nonmainstream anthracite, the application scope of non-mainstream anthracite was expanded and the cost of pulverizing by coal injection was reduced. Through the establishment of new product trial introduction process, a new way was found for the development and introduction of new types of coal, and the cost of pulverizing by coal injection was effectively reduced.
