摘要
目的:观察生精汤治疗垂体腺瘤致男性不育症的疗效及对患者血清性激素、精子质量及生育状况的影响。方法:2017年6月至2018年6月收治的100例垂体腺瘤致男性不育患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用枸椽酸氯米芬联合维生素E口服治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上,给予生精汤治疗。检测两组患者治疗前后性激素水平,并对比治疗前后两组患者精液质量。结果:观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(92.00%vs 72.00%,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组精液密度、精子活性明显高于对照组,精子畸形率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后GnRH、PRL明显低于对照组,FSH、LH及T水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生精汤治疗垂体腺瘤男性不育的疗效确切,能改善性激素水平,提高精子质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Shengjing Decoction on serum sex hormone,sperm quality and fertility in patients with pituitary adenoma male infertility.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2018,100 patients with pituitary adenoma male infertility were selected in our hospital.They were randomly assigned into an observation group or a control group with 50 cases in each group.The control group patients received clomiphene citrate tablets combined with vitamin E,and on the basis of this,patients in the observation group received Shengjing Decoction.The levels of sex hormones and sperm quality of the both groups were compared.Results:The total efficacy rate in observation group was significant higher than that in the control group(92.00% vs 72.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the semen density and sperm activity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the rate of sperm deformity was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).GnRH and PRL in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of FSH,LH and T in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengjing Decoction has a reliable curative effect in the treatment of pituitary adenoma male infertility.It can improve the level of sex hormone and the quality of sperm.
