摘要
文中对一起发生在门座起重机行走机构上的哈夫铰轴断裂现象进行勘查,并依据哈夫铰工作原理及受力分析,解析断轴发生主要原因。同时,为了避免使用过程再次出现类似故障而导致事故,给出预防措施。
The broken shaft of Haff Winch occurring on the walking mechanism of Portal crane are investigated in the paper,and the main reasons for the broken axis according to the working principle and the force analysis of Haff Winch are discovered too.The precautions are gived in order to avoid this kind of malfunction again at the same time.
