摘要
德国双元制是目前全球最典型的现代学徒制之一,其特点就是校企双主体育人。深入的校企融合,使得学生在职业学习中获得了最大化的收益。我国高职院校在学习德国职业教育中,要力争更好地形成德国双元教育的本土化方案,这就需要深入了解德国的双元制职业教育,通过中德双方职业教育的对比找到本土化的突破点与关键点。
The German dual system is one of the most typical modern apprenticeship systems in the world, which is characterized by double-body education. The in-depth integration of schools and enterprises enables students to obtain the maximum benefits in their professional learning. In the process of learning German vocational education, higher vocational colleges in China should strive to better form the localization scheme of German dual education, which requires a deep understanding of German dual system vocational education, and finds the breakthrough and key points of localization through the comparison of Chinese and German vocational education.
