摘要
乡村振兴中农村物流发挥着重要作用。农村物流发展将有力助推产业融合、城乡融合,进一步推动农村组织化、社会化。"下不去"和"上不来"是目前农村物流的两大"痛点"。物流基础设施落后、物流主体发育滞后、物流信息服务平台缺失、物流人才支撑不足是农村物流发展应着力解决的问题。应通过优化农村物流网络体系、创新农村物流配送模式、培育农村物流运营主体、提升农村物流信息化水平、加快物流专业人才培养等举措,推进农村物流发展,助力乡村振兴。
Rural logistics plays an important role in rural revitalization. The rural logistics development effectively boosts industrial integration and urban-rural integration,and it further promotes the organizationalization and socialization of rural areas."Not going down" and "not coming up" are the two major "pain points" of rural logistics at present. Backward rural logistics infrastructure,the lagging-behind of logistics subject growth,lack of service platform of logistics information,and poor supporting logistics talents are problems facing rural logistics development. Measures,such as optimizing rural logistics network system,innovating rural logistics distribution mode,fostering rural logistics operation subjects,improving the level of rural logistics informatization,and accelerating the logistics talents cultivation,are put forward in the paper to promote the rural logistics development and help rural revitalization.
