摘要
本研究通过调查病媒生物监测国家标准在各级爱卫办实际工作中的应用情况,揭示了监测方法国家标准对开展爱国卫生运动的促进作用。在研究中,问卷调查方法被应用于爱卫系统单位对于病媒生物监测国家标准获知、应用和对爱国卫生运动工作的促进作用及存在问题进行分析。调查结果显示9成以上的单位通过各种渠道获知四项密度监测国家标准的发布,四项监测标准在爱卫系统单位中应用的比例平均约为80%,而且四项监测标准的实施对爱卫办在病媒生物防制方面起到了很好的推动作用。监测标准还大幅提升了爱卫办在创建国家卫生城(镇)、大型活动保障、灾害卫生应急和突发公共卫生事件处置中病媒生物防制的工作能力。研究也发现爱卫办系统中标准的培训率较低,自行组织过标准培训的比例更低(54.5%);标准中部分监测方法还需修订完善,以使病媒生物监测标准与爱卫系统现行的病媒生物控制评价标准相协调。本研究结果阐明了四项病媒生物监测国家标准颁布后在爱国卫生运动系统中应用及其对爱国卫生运动的促进作用,不仅可以为爱国卫生运动的开展提供有效指导,也可以为监测标准的改进提供科学依据。
In this paper, the applicability of the Four Vector Surveillance Standards (FVSS) in the Patriotic Health Supervision and Inspection (PHSI) system was analyzed, and the promotion of the FVSS on the affairs of PHSI system was also investigated. In the study, questionnaire method was used to investigate the knowledges altitudes and applications of the PHSI systems on the FVSS. As the results shown, more than 90 percent of PHSI system were aware of the FVSS′s promulgating and almost 80 percent of them had used the FVSS to promote the ability of vector control. And the FVSS were shown useful in national hygienic city inspection, hygienic guaranteeing for large-scale event and hygienic management for emergency public health events. However, some problems were also recorded. For example, there was low proportion (54. 5%) PHSI system had organized the FVSS′s teaching lesson. And FVSS should be modified to coordinate the present assessment standard on the vector surveillance and control sponsored by the PHSI system.
