摘要
为了满足电网海量线路量测数据实时动态参数辨识需求,文中提出了辨识软件自动获取线路实时量测数据进行动态参数的方法。利用输电线路模型推导了基于SCADA量测的输电线路参数辨识的数学表达式,建立了线路参数辨识模型。设计了辨识软件与EMS系统数据转发接口,以及线路建模方案。动态参数辨识在山东郓城县电网应用结果表明,所提方法有效改善了线路参数的准确度,提升了郓城电网状态估计合格率,具有较高的推广应用价值。
In order to meet the needs of real-time dynamic parameter identification of mass line measurement data in power grid,a method of automatic identification of real-time data and dynamic parameters is presented in this paper.The mathematical expression of transmission line parameter identification based on SCADA measurement is derived by using the transmission line model,and the line parameter identification model is established.The data forwarding interface between the identification software and the EMS system,as well as the line modeling scheme are designed.The application of dynamic parameter identification in Yuncheng power grid of Shandong province shows that the proposed method effectively improves the accuracy of the line parameters and improves the qualification rate of the state estimation of the Yuncheng power grid,so it has high popularization and application value.
