摘要
目的分析腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者的手术配合护理方式。方法本次研究选择我院2016年8月～2017年11月收治的112例腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者,并在盲选方式下分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规的护理干预,观察组采用手术配合护理干预,对比两组患者的住院时间、手术时间、胃肠道恢复时间、不良反应以及满意度。结果观察组患者的手术时间为(311.23±11.52)min,明显短于对照组患者(402.38±13.05)min(P<0.05)。并且在住院时间以及不良反应发生率方面,观察组患者也少于对照组,同时观察组患者的肠道恢复时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),最后在满意度方面,观察组满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者,采用手术配合护理的效果较为理想,能有效减少手术时间,降低并发症发生率,加速患者术后恢复时间,缩短其住院时间,保证患者的健康,具有非常重要的临床意义。
Objective To analyze the surgical nursing cooperation methods for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods 112 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer surgery in our hospital from August 2016 to November 2017 were enrolled and were divided into observation group and control group in the blind selection mode.The control group underwent routine nursing intervention.The observation group was treated with surgical nursing cooperation intervention.The hospitalization time,operation time,gastrointestinal recovery time,adverse reactions and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of the observation group was(311.23±11.52)min,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group(402.38±13.05)min(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was also less than the control group.At the same time,the intestinal recovery time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Finally,the satisfaction rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer,the effect of surgical nursing cooperation is ideal.It can effectively reduce the operation time,reduce the incidence of complications,accelerate the recovery time of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay,and ensure the health of patients,which has very good clinical significance.
