摘要
采用膜法联合树脂吸附组合为主体单元,通过建立高效澄清软化池+多介质过滤器+超滤+树脂吸附器+反渗透组合工艺对焦化废水深度处理回用进行120 d的现场中试试验。运行结果表明,在满足系统整体回收率为75%的前提下,系统产水各项指标均优于《污水再生利用工程设计规范》(GB 50335—2002)中循环冷却水补水水质,并能安全稳定运行。
Using the combination of membrane process with resin adsorption as the main unit,a 120 d spot pilot scale test on the advanced treatment and reuse of coking wastewater has been implemented by establishing the combined process,high-efficient clarifying and softening pool+multi-media filter+ultrafiltration device+resin absorber+reverse osmosis.The running results show that on the premise of meeting the requirements of the system recovery rate of 75%,every index of the system produced water is superior to the water quality of make-up water for circulating cooling water,specified in the Design Criterion of Wastewater Reclaimation and Reuse Project(GB 50335-2002),and pledging to operate safely and stably,too.
