黄河下游三刘寨引黄灌区引水能力分析 被引量:4

摘要 黄河下游三刘寨灌区引黄涵闸靠流条件良好,但河床下切引起大河水位降低,对涵闸引水能力产生了一定影响。采用2002—2013年花园口水文站流量、水位资料以及三刘寨灌区引水量资料,分析得到三刘寨引黄闸闸前黄河水位过程、闸前水位与引水流量的关系,并由此提出现阶段水源和工程条件下涵闸可引水流量旬过程,多年(2007—2011年)平均及50%保证率来水年(2010年)正常可引水量分别为8 931万m^3和8 395万m^3。 Sanliuzhai irrigation area is on the Lower Yellow River. The diversion condition of its sluices is good,but the river channel erosion causes the river water level decline,having certain influences to the sluice diversion capacity. Using 2002-2013 Huayuankou Hydrologic Station’s discharge and water level data and Sanliuzhai irrigation area’s water diversion data,this paper analyzed and obtained that the Yellow River stage processes in the reach of Sanliuzhai water gate,water level and water flow relationship before the sluice and put forward the diversion discharge of Sanliuzhai sluice under multi-year average and incoming water frequency of 50% conditions. The multi-year average intake from the Yellow River( 2007-2011) was 89.31 million m^3 and intake from Yellow River is 83.95 million m^3 in P = 50% water incoming year( 2010).
