摘要
针对低瓦斯厚煤层U型通风综放工作面上隅角瓦斯局部集聚问题,以新疆某矿为例,通过现场实测钻孔的流量、浓度参数,对本煤层瓦斯预抽、挂耳钻场高位钻孔抽放、顶板钻场高位钻孔抽放进行综合治理效果分析。矿井最终选用顶板高位钻场方法进行上隅角瓦斯抽放治理,抽放后上隅角最高瓦斯浓度从1. 50%降至0. 85%,上隅角瓦斯得到了有效的控制。
According to the problem of local accumulation of gas in the upper corner of U-type ventilated fully-mechanized top coal caving face in low gas thick seams,taking a mine in Xinjiang as an example,through the measurement of drilling flow,concentration and so on,comprehensive control effect of mining-coal bed pre-drainage,hanging ear drill field high-level drilling drainage and roof high-level drilling drainage were analysed.The mine finally used the roof high-level drill field method to control the gas drainage in the upper corner.After the drainage,the maximum gas concentration in the upper corner fell from 1.50%to 0.85%,and the gas in the upper corner was effectively controlled.
