30 t轴重重载铁路有砟轨道道床结构设计研究 被引量:7

摘要 重载铁路因列车重量和长度增加、机车和车辆轴重提高,大幅增加了作用于线路上的荷载,对铁路道床有更高的要求。结合路基结构设计,提出了我国30 t轴重重载铁路有砟轨道道床可采用单层和双层2种结构。综合理论计算和室内试验给出了道床断面关键参数:道床厚度350 mm,砟肩宽度500 mm,砟肩堆高150 mm,道床边坡1∶1. 75。针对提出的道床结构在瓦日线重载铁路铺设了试验段,开展了30 t轴重列车实车试验。试验结果表明:实测脱轨系数最大值为0. 27,轮重减载率最大值为0. 21,轮轴横向力最大值为37. 1 kN,可满足列车运营安全性要求;实测横向阻力为13. 7 kN/枕,能够保证无缝线路横向稳定性;道床厚度采用350 mm相比300 mm可降低道床底面应力38. 8%。 The increase of weight and length of heavy haul trains and the increase of axle-load of locomotives and vehicles increase the load acting on tracks and enhance the requirements of ballast track bed performance.On the basis of subgrade structure design,single-layer and double-layer structures of ballast track bed of the 30 t axle-load heavy haul railway were proposed in this paper as well as their key parameters.The thickness of ballast track bed is 350 mm,the shoulder width is 500 mm,the shoulder height is 150 mm,and the bed slope is 1∶1.75.Based on the new bed section parameters and using 30 t axle-load heavy trains,f ield tests were carried out in Wari heavy haul railway test section.The results show that the maximum derailment coeff icient is 0.27,the maximum wheel load reduction rate is 0.21,the maximum axle transverse force is 37.1 kN,which meet the requirements of train operation safety.The f ield measured transverse resistance is 13.7 kN each sleeper,which can guarantee the transverse stability of the seamless track.Compared with 300 mm thickness ballast bed,the 350 mm thickness ballast bed could reduce 38.8%stress at the ballast bed bottom.
