摘要
建立了双曲柄机构的运动学方程,通过LabVIEW软件编程,设计了显示双曲柄机构输出构件运动参数和曲线的可视化界面,并实现了参数最大值和最小值的实时显示。分析了杆长参数对双曲柄机构运动数值的影响。结果表明,通过该设计界面可方便、快速得到双曲柄机构的运动特性曲线,掌握其运动规律。随着杆长参数的增加,从动曲柄角速度、角加速度最大值和最小值都递增或递减,机架参数的改变对双曲柄机构运动数值影响最为显著。为双曲柄机构的设计和动力学计算提供参考。
The kinematic equations of double crank mechanism are established,through the programming of LabVIEW software,a visual interface is designed to display the motion parameters and curve of the output components of double crank mechanism,and the real-time display of maximum and minimum values of the parameters is realized.The influence of rod length parameters on the motion values of double crank mechanism is analyzed.The results show that the motion characteristic curve of double crank mechanism can be obtained conveniently and quickly through this design interface,and the law of motion can be mastered.With the increase of the rod length,Both of the maximum and minimum values of the angular velocity and angle acceleration of follower crank increase or decrease progressively,the change of frame parameters has the most significant influence on the motion values of double crank mechanism.It provides references for the design and dynamic calculation of double crank mechanism.
