摘要
目的探讨薄层色谱技术是否可用于指导桉叶油含药血清的制备。方法薄层色谱技术检测不同稀释倍数的桉叶油样品。桉叶油灌胃小鼠,收集不同桉叶油剂量、不同灌胃方式及不同采血时间的血清样品,薄层色谱技术检测上述样品,并用气相色谱技术对上述结果进行验证。结果薄层色谱技术可以检测出不同稀释倍数的桉叶油样品的浓度差别。薄层色谱技术可以定性及半定量的检测血清中的桉叶油成分。高、中、低剂量的桉叶油灌胃SD大鼠收集的血清对MCF-7细胞生长的影响有差异(P<0.05)。结论薄层色谱技术可以指导桉叶油含药血清的制备。
Objective To explore whether thin-layer chromatography could guide the preparation of drug-containing serum of eucalyptus oil.Methods Eucalyptus oil samples with different dilution ratio were detected by thinlayer chromatography.Rats were fed with intragastric administration by eucalyptus oil,different dose of serum sam?ples,different ways of intragastric infusion and different timing of blood samples were seleted,they were detected by thin-layer chromatography and verified by gas chromatography.Results The different concentration of eucalyptus oil samples with different dilution ratio could be detected by thin-layer chromatography.The eucalyptus oil in serum was detected by thin-layer chromatography qualitatively and semi-quantitatively.High,medium and low dose of eucalyptus oil in serum had different inffuences on the growth of MCF-7cells in the SD rats(P<0.05).Conclusion Thin-layer chromatography could guide the preparation of drug-containing serum of eucalyptus oil.
