摘要
目的:探讨适时干预对提高眼压测量值准确性的重要性。方法:将233例进行眼压检查的体检客户按照适时干预时间分为对照组110例和干预组123例,对两组体检客户眼压测量不准确值的发生率进行比较。结果:对照组测量不准确率29.0%(58/200),干预组测量不准确率17.48%(43/246),两组测量不准确发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:适时干预可有效提高眼压检测值的准确性。
Objective:To investigate the importance of timely intervention in improving the accuracy of intraocular pressuremeasurement.Methods:233 physical examination customer with intraocular pressure examination were selected.They were dividedinto the control group with 110 cases and the intervention group with 123 cases according to timely intervention time,then wecompared the incidence of uncertainty intraocular pressure measurement in the two groups.Results:The measurement accuracy inthe control group was 29.0% (58/200),while in the intervention group was 17.48% (43/246);the difference was statisticallysignificant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Timely intervention can effectively improve the accuracy of intraocular pressuremeasurement value.
