摘要
为了监控和改善人们的睡眠问题,基于脑电波表征脑部活跃度的原理,设计了一套睡眠质量监控系统。系统通过单通道脑电波传感器采样,应用程序接口接收用户脑电波;分析了脑电波对睡眠质量的影响;并在PC终端进行数据处理,从而表征用户的睡眠情况。研究结果表明,系统能够准确表征用户的睡眠质量,实现了利用脑电波作为介质的人机交互。
In order to monitor and improve people's sleep problems, a kind of sleep quality monitoring system was designed based on the principle of brain wave activity. The system signal sampling through a single channel EEG sensor, receives the signal by application program interface; analysis of the impact of EEG on sleep quality, and data processing in the PC, which characterize the user's sleep quality. The results show that, The system can accurately represent the user's sleep quality and achieved the human-computer interaction.
