摘要
目的 :根据机体自身节律选择合适的用药时机达到最佳化疗效果和最小毒副反应。方法 :对 3 0例Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期乳腺癌初治病人采用时辰化疗法观察疗效及其毒副反应 ,并与 2 9例采用常规方法应用同样药物治疗同类疾病者进行对比。结果 :时辰化疗组疗效优于常规化疗组 ,而毒副反应低于常规化疗组。结论 :时辰化疗能提高疗效 。
Objective: in order to achieve the maximum therapeutic effect and with the minimum side reaction, a suitable drugs administration time were selected based on the self-rhythm of human organism. Method: both therapeutic effect and side reactions of a total of 30 incipient cases with second or third degree mammary cancer who were undergoing timely chemotherapy were observed. And compared it with another 29 cases mammary cancer patients who had accepted the same chemotherapy regimen in routinely way. Results: in terms of therapeutic effect, patients underwent timely chemotherapy was superior to those had accepted chemotherapy in routinely way. However, patients had undergone the timely chemotherapy with less side reactions than those had accepted routine chemotherapy. Conclusion: timely chemotherapy could enhance the therapeutic effect of patients. It could reduce the side reactions of chemotherapy drugs as well.
