摘要
山东沭河特大桥T梁为25、30m长有粘结预应力梁,采用现场制作。钢绞线采用单束两端同时张拉,张拉后采用C50混凝土封锚。梁重45~65 t,根据现场地形特征分别采用龙门吊架和双导梁架桥机进行T梁安装。
The T-beam in Shandong Shuhe Bridge is a bonded prestress beam,which is 25-meter or 30-meter long.The T-beam is fabricated on site,and the single bunch steel stands are tensioned at the same time at two end.After tensioned,anchor seal material at the end of prestress beam is C50 concrete.The weight of beam is from 45 tons to 65 tons.Based on characteristic of on-site terrain,gantry crane and double guide-beam bridge erecting machine are adopted during the T-beam installation.
