摘要
【目的】为寻找到槲树在华北平原地区适宜生长的槲树品种,分析槲树的盐碱耐性。【方法】分别用100,200,300mmol/L Na+浓度的NaCl和Na2CO3浇灌槲树幼苗,检测其生长量、叶绿素、光合与叶绿素荧光参数。【结果】结果表明,两种盐碱处理的效果主要取决于Na+浓度,当Na+浓度大于200mmol/L时槲树受到明显抑制,叶绿素含量、净光合速率、Fv/Fm、Yield和NPQ显著降低,而低于200mmol/L Na+浓度的胁迫造成的影响较小,植株能存活并正常生长。【结论】槲树幼苗对盐碱胁迫具有较强的抗性,适于在华北平原种植推广。
【Objective】This study aimed to measure the effect of saline-alkaline stress on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Quercus dentata Thunb.to investigate its saline-alkaline tolerance.【Methods】The seedlings of Q. dentata were treated with NaCl and Na 2 CO 3 at the Na + concentrations of 100 mmol/L, 200 mmol/L, and 300 mmol/L respectively, then the indexes of growth, chlorophyll, photosynthesis, and chlorophyll fluorescence were measured.【Results】 The results showed that the chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, Fv / Fm, Yield, and NPQ decreased significantly when the Na + concentration exceeded 200 mmol/L.While the indexes were less affected by the Na + concentration under 200 mmol/L, and Q.dentata survived and grew normally.【Conclusion】 Q.dentata exhibits strong tolerance to saline-alkaline stress and is suitable for cultivation and popularization in the North China Plain.
