摘要
本文通过无皂乳液聚合制得单分散PMMA、交联P(MMA-HEA)微球。用扫描电镜、红外、紫外光谱等手段研究了聚合物粒子的形态及基本组成,探索形成单分散聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球的最佳配方及工艺条件,并结合单体用量、聚合温度等因素对微球粒径大小及其分布以及转化率的关系进行了初步探讨。结果表明,当引发剂的用量为0.3%~0.4%、反应温度为75℃时,制得的PMMA微球单分散性较好;由扫描电镜照片可知,PMMA、交联P(MMA-HEA)微球的粒径均在230nm左右。
Monodisperse PMMA and crosslinked P (MMA-HEA) microspheres were prepared by soap free emulsion polymerization. The morphology and composition of polymer particles were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and ultraviolet spectroscopy. The optimum formulation and technological conditions for the formation of monodisperse polymethyl methacrylate microspheres were explored. The effects of monomer dosage and polymerization temperature on the size, distribution and conversion of microspheres were discussed. The results showed that the monodispersity of PMMA microspheres was good when the amount of initiator was 0.3% - 0.4% and the reaction temperature was 75 ℃ . The SEM photographs showed that the particle sizes of PMMA and cross-linked P (MMA-HEA) microspheres were about 230 nm.
