摘要
研发了集弧焊增材与机加工减材于一体的增/减材复合成型系统。该系统由主控部分、增材部分、减材部分、换刀机构、设备基础部分和辅助机构6部分组成。将运动机构和数控系统集成起来执行增材、减材加工的运动轨迹;将焊炬设置为一把刀具,换刀系统既可以更换刀具库中的刀具,也可以更换焊炬;选用具有CMT功能的电源设备和具有多种焊丝直径的送丝机构;开发了以工控机为主的主控制系统。通过加工样件和修复报废零件,所开发的设备具有增/减材复合加工、低成本、快速制造的能力,并且可以满足零件的多种加工要求。
A composite forming system of adding/reducing materials, which is integrated with arc welding and reducing materials, hasbeen developed. The system is composed of the main control part, the additive part, the reducing part, the changing tool mechanism,the equipment foundation part and the auxiliary mechanism. The motion mechanism and the numerical control system are integratedto perform the movement track of the additive and reducing material processing. The welding torch is set as a tool. The tool changingsystem can replace either the tool in the tool bank or the welding torch. The power supply equipment with CMT function and the wirefeeding mechanism witha variety of wire diameter are selected. The main control system based on industrial control computer isdeveloped. Through the actual sample processing and the scrap part repairing, the developed equipment has the capability of adding/reducing material compound processing, low cost and rapid manufacturing speed, and can meet the demands of various parts.
