摘要
梳理国外图书馆文献信息处置的相关政策、指南、研究成果和实践,可以更好地了解国外文献信息处置的整体状况,指导国内相关研究与实践。从处置原因与障碍、处置标准、处置流程、被剔除文献的处理和国外文献信息处置项目案例这五个主题对相关文献进行归纳总结,分析各主题的研究与实践现状,指出目前国外研究与实践中的不足,提出我国文献信息处置的研究应立足于我国实际情况,调查文献信息处置的原因和障碍,分析各级各类图书馆处置各种文献的标准和原则,探讨处置流程和处置去向,并积极引入新的技术和工具。
The policies, guidelines, researches and practices related to the disposal of collections are sorted out to better understand an overview of disposing collections in foreign libraries and to guide relevant domestic researches and practices. The literatures are summarized from five themes： causes and obstacles, criteria, procedures, disposal of weeded collections, and projects. The actual situation and research progress under each theme in foreign countries are analyzed. It is proposed that research in China should include investigating the causes and obstacles, analyzing the criteria and principles of disposing various collections in all kinds of libraries, discussing the process and the whereabouts of weeded collections, and introducing new technologies and tools based on the actual situations in China.
