摘要 无刷直流电机(BLDCM)选用传统的PID控制方法存在着调速精度低、转矩脉动大、抗干扰能力弱等缺点,模糊PID控制方法能够克服以上缺点。在电机的电流滞环控制模块中,转速调节部分包含电流限幅处理,因此会出现积分饱和,致使系统超调量大。模糊PID控制虽然能够一定程度减低超调量但不能消除。针对上述问题,设计了一种抗饱和模糊PID控制方案。从仿真结果可以得出该方法能够消除系统的超调,同时使系统保持较好的动、静态性能和鲁棒性。 The traditional PID control method for brushless DC motor (BLDCM) has disadvantages such as low speed regulation accuracy, high torque ripple, poor anti-interferenceability, which can be overcome by fuzzy PID control method. In the current hysteresis controlmodule for motors, the speed regulation part contains current limiting treatment, so integralsaturation will occur, resulting in a large overshoot of the system. Although fuzzy PID controlcan reduce the overshoot to a certain extent, the overshoot cannot be eliminated. Aiming atthe above problems, we designed an anti-saturation fuzzy PID control scheme. Simulation results showed that this method can eliminate the overshoot of the system and keep the systemin good dynamic and static performance and robustness.
