摘要
通过对青岛ZH鸡蛋产业园的实践分析,研究发现:科学技术、产业链各环节经营主体、及自身组织平台搭建所需的资金、场地和人员等是产业园努力获取的发展要素;其通过主动对接吸纳、自主研发培育、利益机制创新、和协同融合提升等方式实现相关要素的集聚;且在要素集聚实现的过程中,产业园在中介平台的创新搭建、与产业链不同经营主体的创新合作、及产业新技术的发现培育和嵌入融合等方面进行了较多努力。
Through the analysis of Qingdao ZH Egg Industrial Park practice,it is found that the science and technology,the main bodies of the industrial chain,and the fund,venues,and personnel needed by its own organizational platform are the essential elements pursued by the industrial park.It achieves the aggregation of the relevant factors through the ways of active acquisition,independent research,interestmechanism innovation,and synergy integration.During the process of factor aggregation,the industrial park has made great efforts in the building of intermediary platform,innovative cooperation with multiple bodies of the industrial chain,and the cultivation and embedded integration of the industrial new technology.
