摘要
德育共同体是基于一致的道德信仰和价值认同,为了完成共同的德育目标,由群体成员共同参与,通过多种媒介体系或场域体系相互作用,以多主体互动合作、资源共享为基本准则,在培养有德性的人的社会实践活动中形成的有着强烈的责任感和归属感的生命有机体。共同的道德信仰、共同的历史文化传统以及明确的目标和指向是德育共同体的重要特征。强化政治认同和价值认同,有效整合资源,优化资源配置,创新协同机制,构建中国特色世界一流的高校德育工作体系是德育共同体最为重要的时代使命。
Moral education community is a life organism involving community members based on moral belief and value identity to accomplish the common goal of moral education.It relies on interaction between a variety of media systems or field systems,adheres to principles of multi-subjects interaction and resource sharing and cultivates a strong sense of responsibility and a sense of belonging in social practice activities.It is characterized with common moral beliefs,common historical and cultural traditions as well as clear goals and points.Strengthening political and value identification integrating resources effectively,optimizing resources allocation,innovating cooperation mechanism and building world-class university moral education work system with Chinese characteristics are the most important missions of moral education community.
