有人说,夜上海的魅力更胜其白日。对舞台艺术爱好者而言这座城市的“夜色之美”格外精彩,每个夜晚都有来自世界各地的艺术佳作在这里上演:祖宾梅塔和以色列爱乐的《天方夜谭》犹在耳边,柏林爱乐已经登陆。在这个国际文化交流的中心,平均每天上演国内外交流演出项目10台,正在搭建世界最大的经济文化大舞台。5月18日起,山西省委宣传部等七部门在沪举办“华夏文明看山西”经济文化艺术周,承载“历史呼吸”的华夏文明之风,汇成一股春天的旋律,成为黄浦江两岸的高音和亮点。

However, the city's 'night beauty' holds even more colorful appeal for those big fans of stage productions, as there is every night around the city a list of artistic productions from every corner of the world. No sooner had the New Year concert, conducted by the maestro Zubin Mehta and played by Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, lingered and echoed in one's ears than the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra arrived. There is an average of ten productions, domestic and foreign, played out every night on the theaters of this center of cross-cultural exchange. Organized by seven institutions headed by CPC Shanxi Publicity Department, starting from May 18, Shanxi economic and cultural week was opened in Shanghai. Riding in the slipstream of venerable Chinese civilization, the cultural week has written a 'spring song,' hitting the highest note on both sides of the Huangpu River.
