摘要
高等教育自学考试制度建立以来,自学考试的学分认定和转换工作先后经历了三个历史时期。在回顾历史的基础上,分析了当前自学考试学分认定和转换工作面临的障碍,提出了进一步完善学分认定和转换工作的政策建议。
Since the establishment of self-taught examination system, the Credit Recognition and Transfer Work of Self-taught Examination has experienced three historical periods. Based on the review of the history, this study analyses some obstacles that exist in credit recognition and transfer work of self-taught examination, and puts forward systematic policy suggestions to improve the work.
