摘要
以超高性能混凝土(UHPC)为研究对象,探索钢纤维形状及硅灰掺量对其性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,直线形钢纤维UHPC比端钩形钢纤维UHPC流动性能更优异,同时随着硅灰掺量的增加,UHPC流动性能逐渐变好而后再变差,1d及28d抗折强度均呈现先增加后减小的趋势,1d及28d抗压强度均慢慢增加,但当硅灰掺量超过一定额度值时,对抗压强度的影响很小。
Taking Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) as the research object, the influence of the shape of steel fiber and the proportion of silica fume on its performance was investigated in this paper. The test results show that the flowing property is more outstanding by using linear steel fiber than hooked steel fiber in UHPC. With the increasing proportion of silica fume, the flowing property of UHPC gets better first and then worse, ld and 28d rupture strength increases first and then decreases, ld and 28d compression strength both increases slowly, However, when the proportion of silica fume exceeds a certain limit, its influence on the compressive strength is quite small.
