响应面法优化牡丹籽油微胶囊的制备工艺 被引量:7

摘要 以麦芽糊精和阿拉伯胶混合物为壁材,牡丹籽油为芯材,采用响应面法研究牡丹籽油微胶囊喷雾干燥制备工艺。通过单因素实验和响应面实验确定牡丹籽油微胶囊最佳制备工艺条件为:壁材配比3.28∶1、芯材与壁材比1∶6、均质压力42.09 MPa、进风温度213.82℃、进料速度8.89 m L/min。在此条件下,制备的微胶囊包埋率可达在90.93%;且微胶囊产品气味纯正,颗粒表面平整光滑,细小均匀,具有良好的流散性,牡丹籽油含量为13.52%,包埋效果好。 The paper studied the technological conditions of the spray - drying method for the preparation of microcapsule with the mahodextrin and Arabic gum compound as wall material, peony seed oil as core material. The optimum processing parameters which were defined by single -factor experiments and the response surface methodology for the microencapsulation were as follows : the composition of the proper ratio of wall to material was the 3.28: 1, ratio of core material to wall material was 1 : 6, the homogeneous pressure was 42.09 MPa, the inlet wind temperature for the spray - drying was 213.82 ℃and the feed speed was 8.89 mL/min. The microcapsule particles of peony seed oil aregenuine in smell, smooth, evenly distributed and tiny, and had good fluxion property. The micro - encapsulation encapsulating rate under the optimized technology was 90.93 % , and the peony seed oil content was 13.52%.
