摘要
目的提出一种新的离断手指分类方法。方法对212例261个断手指按照指体损伤平面、关节处理情况进行分型;并按照指体损伤性质、骨折情况、皮肤软组织损伤程度进行分级。结果所有断手指均可按分型、分级法进行分类,共计分为四型五级。结论离断手指的分型分级是一种切实可行的分类方法,可以更好地指导医疗、教学、科研工作。
Objective To try to give a new classified method of severed digit.Methods Two hundred and sixty-one fingers of 212cases were classified the type according to the severed plane of digital body and the results of treatment about joint ,and to be classified the grade ac cord ing to the character of severed digit,the condition of digital fracture and the injuried degree of skin and soft tis sue.Results All severed digits can be classified into4types and5grades by this method.Conclusion It's a new classified method with that peo ple can do better in medical treatment,studying and learning,scientific research and so on.
