摘要 脑卒中是造成人类病死或病残的主要原因之一。急性大血管闭塞导致的脑血流量（CBF）急剧下降可以引起严重的神经元损伤。若不能在治疗时间窗内恢复脑组织灌注,则造成不可逆性脑损伤;而超出治疗时间窗的血管再通,有时不但无法挽救脑组织,还可能引起再灌注损伤,
