侧向冲击荷载作用下钢骨混凝土柱抗冲击性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 为研究侧向冲击作用下钢骨混凝土柱抗冲击性能,基于非线性有限元软件MSC.MARC建立了钢骨混凝土柱抗冲击数值模型。对钢管混凝土柱和钢筋混凝土柱在落锤冲击作用下的抗冲击试验进行了有限元模拟,分析表明该数值模型可以较好的模拟钢管混凝土柱和钢筋混凝土柱抗冲击性能。基于此数值模型研究了侧向冲击作用下钢骨混凝土柱的抗冲击性能,并探讨了冲击质量、冲击高度、冲击位置、轴压比、钢筋及H型钢强度和混凝土强度对钢骨混凝土柱抗冲击性能影响。最后对比分析了钢筋混凝土柱、钢骨混凝土柱和内插双H型钢钢管混凝土柱的抗冲击性能。结果表明:所探讨的影响因素对钢骨混凝土柱的冲击力峰值、平台值、持时和挠度都有各自影响的规律,可以为其他构件抗冲击性能分析提供依据。在相同尺寸和试验条件下,钢骨混凝土柱的抗冲击性能优于钢筋混凝土柱,但差于内插双H型钢钢管混凝土柱。 To study the impact resistance of steel reinforced concrete (SRC) columns under lateral impact loads, the work establishes a numerical model for the impact analysis of SRC columns based on the nonlinear finite element code of MSC. MARC. The drop hammer experiments on the CFST columns and RC columns are simulated by the model which confirms that the impact re- sistance can be accurately predicted. Based on this model, the impact resistance of SRC under lat- eral impact is investigated. Subsequently, the effect of the various factors, i.e. the mass, height and position of the impact, axial compression ratio, the strength of rebar and H-shaped steel, the strength of concrete on the impact resistance of SRC is studied. Finally, the impact resistance of RC columns, SRC columns and the CFST column with double H-shaped steel are compared and analyzed. The results show that the factors discussed in the work have some influence on the peak value, stability value, duration and deflection of SRC columns, and can provide the basis for the analysis of impact resistance of other members. With the same size and experiment condi- tions, the impact resistance of SRC columns is better than RC columns, but worse than the CFST column with double H-shaped steel.
