摘要
同一般国际投资相比,海外能源投资无疑面临更高的投资风险,但当前我国能源投资保障法律制度却存在诸多问题。为推进我国海外能源投资事业进一步发展,保障我国海外能源投资者的安全利益,我国须将海外能源投资战略同"走出去"战略相结合,在充分考虑我国海外能源投资特点、借鉴外国海外投资保障经验的基础上,构建并完善我国自身的海外能源投资保障法律机制。
Compared with ordinary international investment,overseas energy investment undoubtedly faces greater investment risks.But there are some structural defects in China＇s law system on overseas energy investment protection.To promote the further development of our overseas energy investment and to protect the investment security of overseas investors in energy,an overseas energy investment guarantee mechanism with Chinese Characteristics should be established by means of combining China＇s Energy Strategy and the Going Global Strategy,which should pay attention to the distinctive characteristics of China＇s overseas energy investment and such successful protection experience of foreign countries.
