摘要 介绍100%旁路系统进行锅炉直接供热的具体方案,从供热量和系统布置上与传统容量旁路进行比较,论证了100%旁路系统在锅炉直接供热中发挥的作用。从损失电量和增加供热量2个方面对锅炉直接供热方案的经济性进行了比较,认为100%流量旁路比传统旁路能够提供更大的供热量,对保证供热可靠性具有重大的意义。 This paper makes a discussion for the application and practicability of 100% by-pass system in 350 MW supercritical unil, compares it with the traditional by-pass system in heating capacity and design,analyzes the effect of 100% by-pass system in heating supply,also the potential problems and solutions in practical level,compares the economical performance of the heat- ing supply from the loss of electricity and the increase of heating, Through the analysis, finds that 100% by-pass system can bring a higher quantity of heat than traditional system,it shows that 100% by pass system have a great significance to ensure the heating supply.
