基于ADAMS的一种套网机构的设计及运动分析 被引量:10

摘要 为解决水果网套包装机的套网动作难以精确完成和控制问题,设计一种基于偏置曲柄滑块原理的套网机构,该机构能够完成输送网套靠近水果、撑开网套包裹水果等运动要求,并且实现机构设计的形象化和量化的完美统一,加快设计效率,节省成本和时间。建立数学结构模型并利用ADAMS运动仿真软件建立完整的动力学模型,进行运动仿真获得机构的运动学参数。套网机构在工作中,速度比较平稳,振动平稳,回转时速度大,具有急回特性,仿真的结果与实际相符合。通过运动仿真,此套网机构可以很好的实现水果的套网动作,为水果包装机械的结构设计提供一种新的思路。 In order to solve the accurately finish and control problems of net bagging movement for fruit packaging machine, the net bagging mechanism was designed based on the principle of offset slider-crank, movement requests such as transporting net bags to the fruit, opening net bags and packing fruits can be completed by the mechanism, and realized the perfect unification of the visualization and quantification of the organization design, accelerated the design efficiency, and saved the cost and time. A mathematical structure model was established and a complete dynamic model was built using ADAMS motion simulation software, and the kinematics parame- ters of the mechanism were obtained. The network mechanism in the work, the speed is more stable, the vibration is smooth, the speed is large, has the emergency return characteristic, the result of the simulation is in line with the actual. Through the movement simulation, fruits can be bagged perfectly by the net bagging mechanism, a new method was provided for the fruit bagging machinery structure design.
