摘要
为了满足铁道车辆车轴快速设计的需求,研究了基于CATIA V5平台的二次开发技术,分析对比了不同二次开发方式的优缺点。针对铁道车辆车轴的技术特点,采用变结构体参数化设计方法,改善传统参数化设计方法产品外形结构固定的弊端,建立了铁道车辆车轴模板库,开发了铁道车辆车轴参数化设计插件系统,能够实现不同外形拓扑结构车轴的参数化建模,实现铁道车辆车轴的高效快速设计。
To meet the demand of rapid design of the railway vehicle axles,the secondary development technology which is based on CATIA V5 platform is studied,and the advantages and disadvantages of different secondary development modes are analyzed and compared.According to the specific technical characteristics of the railway vehicle axle,the method of parametric design of variable structures is used to overcome the drawbacks of the traditional parameterized design methods which would result in the product′s stationary outline structure.A railway vehicle axle template library is established and a parameterized design plug-in system for the railway vehicle axles is developed.All of the above improvement can achieve parametric modeling of axles with different outline topological structure and realize efficient and rapid design of railway vehicle axles.
