摘要
高校团支部属于高校基层团组织,团支部活力不足严重影响高校团学工作的开展。借鉴项目化管理理念,制定团支部活力提升项目化驱动工作机制,建立高校共青团项目化管理委员会、校团委项目化管理办公室、二级院系项目化管理工作组、团支部项目负责人四级管理体系。完善团支部活力提升项目化驱动的基本流程,加强对项目启动、实施、控制、考核四个阶段的管理,健全团支部工作机制,提升高校团支部建设活力。
The college League branch belongs to the grass-roots organization of universities, the lack of vi- tality of the group branch has seriously affected the development of college students- work. With the concept of project management, we may formulate the dynamic driving mechanism of the project, establish a four-tier management system： the management committee on the project of the communist youth league of universities, project management office of the school committee, working group on project management of secondary departments and branch project leader. Improving the group branch to enhance the vitality of the project driven process, strengthening the management of the four stages of project launch, implementa- tion, control and examination, improving the work of the League branch mechanism and the development of the college league branch.
