摘要 对污水处理厂电气负荷分级、负荷计算、变压器容量及运行方式的选择进行了分析论述,通过经济技术比较,提出了变压器选择的建议方案。指出了几处施工图审查中发现的因电气专业设计人员不熟悉给排水专业相关规范而违反规范要求的技术问题。结合某污水处理工程运行后因控制电缆感应电压而导致设备不能正常控制的问题,分析了故障产生的原因及解决方案,并提出了类似项目设计中应注意的事项。 This paper analyzed the grading and calculation of electrical loads, transformer capacity and the selection of operation modes, to propose a selection plan of the transformers in WWTP through economic and technical comparisons. In the review of working drawings, several technical problems viola- ting standard requirements were found in the project design, which occurred as electrical project designers were not familiar to relevant specifications of water supply and sewage works. According to the problem that equipment could not be controlled normally due to the induced voltage on control cables in wastewater treatment project after operation, the paper analyzed the reasons for the failure, then the solutions and matters needing attention in the design of similar projects were given.
