摘要
针对宿迁市农村电商快速发展对人才的迫切需求,介绍了宿迁农村电商人才培养现状与成效。对培养路径进行创新,提出分层分类培养、搭建合作平台、深化互动交流、狠抓组织管理等多项对策,以期为相关机构培养农村电商实用人才提供有益借鉴和思考。
Rural electricity supplier personnel training status and effectiveness in Suqian was introduced for the urgent needs of talent based on rapid development of rural electricity supplier in Suqian. It put forward many countermeasures such as classification, classification, training, set- ring up cooperation platform, deepening interactive communication and paying close attention to organizational management, so as to innovated the training way, in order to provide useful reference and reflection for the relevant institutions to train practical talents in rural electricity providers
