超滤组合工艺在超高浓度制盐卤水精制中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用超滤组合工艺处理超高盐度制盐卤水,分析了砂滤、混凝气浮+砂滤和混凝气浮+砂滤+超滤等不同处理工艺下的卤水处理效果,对比分析了各工况下膜系统单周期运行的膜比通量(SF)和膜污染速率(K)。实验结果表明:混凝气浮+砂滤对卤水TOC、浊度、SS都有较好的去除效果,其去除率依次为35.6%~38.9%、38.8%~54.7%和68.7%~73.4%,混凝气浮+砂滤+超滤对TOC和浊度去除率提高为38.6%~44.2%和99.6%~99.7%;运行通量升高,膜污染速率加快,改变错流量几乎不影响膜污染速率,混凝气浮+砂滤预处理后膜比通量提高,膜污染速率明显降低。 Ultrafiltration combined process was used tO treat high concentration brine, and brine treatment effects by sand filtration, coagulation air floatation+ sand filtration and coagulation air floatation+ sand filtration+ ultrafiltration were analyzed, The special flux (SF) and membrane fouling rate (K) of single cycle operating of membrane system under various operating condition were analyzed. The experimental results showed that coagulation air floatation+sand filtration had a better removal effect of TOC, turbidity and ss, the removal rate of them were 35.6%~38.9%, 38.8%~54.7% and 68.7% ~73.4% respectively. The removal rate of TC and turbidity were improved to 38.6% ~44.2% and 99.6% ~99.7% by coagulation air floatation+sand filtration+ultraflltration. Membrane fouling rate was accelerated with the increase of the membrane flux, the flow of cross-flow had no effect on membrane fouling rate, after air floatation+sand filtration pretreatment, the membrane flux improved and membrane fouling rate reduced significantly.
