摘要
通过测定不同产地半枝莲药材中微量元素和活性成分的含量,探讨半枝莲药材中物质成分间的关系,为半枝莲药材的质量评价提供参考。采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定半枝莲中9种微量元素含量,HPLC法测定半枝莲中野黄芩苷的含量,紫外分光光度计法测定半枝莲总黄酮和多糖的含量,进行相关性、回归分析。并通过聚类分析对不同产地的半枝莲进行评价。结果表明野黄芩苷、总黄酮与Zn含量呈显著正相关关系,与Mn含量呈极显著正相关关系;多糖与Zn、Mn含量呈显著正相关关系。并以此为基础,建立相应回归方程模型,聚类分析表明不同产地的半枝莲有一定的相似性与差异。说明半枝莲中微量元素与活性成分含量之间存在密切相关关系,具体量化关系需进一步研究,以期为半枝莲药材种植及质量评价提供依据。
Determination of the contents of trace elements and active ingredients in the medicinal plant Scutellaria barbata which grew the different areas,to discuss the relationships between its various constituents,so as to provide a reference for the quality eval-uation of S. barbata. The contents of 9 trace elements in S. barbata were detected using flame atomic absorption spectrometry. H P L C was used to determine the content of scutellarin. Total flavonoids and polysaccharides were determined by UV-Vis method. The cor-relations between contents of active ingredients and trace elements in S. barbata were analyzed by correlation analysis and regression analysis. Cluster analysis method was employed to evaluate the quality of S. Barbata from different areas. The result of correlation a-nalysis showed that scutellarin and total flavonoids of S. barbata had a strong positive correlation with Z n content and had significant positive correlation with Mn content. Polysaccharides had strong positive correlation with Zn and Mn contents. And on this basis,the corresponding regression equation models were established. Through using the clustering figure, the similarities and differences a-mong the quality of S. barbata from different habitats were explained. The contents of active ingredients of S. barbata closely related with the trace elements, but the concrete quantitative relationship still need further study. Therefore, the research can provide some reference for cultivation and the quality evaluation of S. barbata.
