摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院开发的S-RASSG柴油超深度脱硫技术及配套的FZC系列保护剂、FHUDS-8及FHUDS-5柴油超深度加氢脱硫催化剂,采用级配技术,在金陵石化300万t/a柴油加氢装置工业应用21个月以来,具有脱硫、脱氮率高,同时具有良好的活性稳定性及原料适应性,能在一定程度上提高精制柴油的十六烷值,满足了金陵石化公司生产国V标准柴油的需要。
Sinopec Fushun research institute of petroleum and petrochemicals has developed the S-RASSG ultra-deep desulfurization technology of diesel and corresponding FZC series of protective agents as well as FHUDS-8 and FHUDS-5 ultra-deep diesel hydro desulfurization catalysts. Since they were applied in 3 Mt/a diesel hydrogenation unit in Sinopec Jinling petrochemical company, the desulfurization rate and the denitrification rate were high, the activity stability and raw material adaptability were good, the cetane value of refined diesel was increased to a certain extent ,which could further meet the demand to produce China V diesel.
