摘要
结合传统木模成型工艺,采用数控龙门铣床对复杂铸造木模样进行加工,对难加工的圆弧面、扇形孔、超长圆筒体芯盒、斜面、大型底板、角度等分加工等木模模样的加工工艺进行分析研究,得到合理的加工工艺,消除了零件成型缺陷,缩短了开发周期,降低了成本。
Combined with traditional wooden molding process, by analyzing and researching the difficulty in processing technology such as arc surface, sectorial hole, super long cylinder core boxes, slopes, large plate, division angle etc., CNC gantry milling machine was used for processing complex casting model, which can get reasonable processing technology, eliminates the parts forming defects, shorten the development cycle, reduce the cost,.
