摘要
荞麦剥壳设备是荞麦米加工的关键设备,生产中以砂盘式剥壳机较为常见。砂盘式剥壳机的优点是壳、米完整性好,缺点是生产效率低。剥壳间隙是影响剥壳效果的关键因素,由于制造误差及安装误差的存在使得剥壳间隙的周向分布存在严重的不均匀性。为了改善剥壳效果,提高设备性能,对此进行了理论分析,得出间隙周向不均主要与、α、β与λ4个角度相关。在理论分析的基础上提出将剥壳机间隙调整方式由"转动+移动"改为单纯的"移动",并利用砂盘间的磨损作用,以消除、α、β与λ造成的影响,同时通过增加刻度环使得间隙调整更加方便和准确。通过对间隙进行检测表明:新的间隙调整方式能将砂盘周向间隙极差从最大的1.1 mm降低至0.2 mm内。剥壳试验表明:砂盘周向间隙的均匀一致可直接降低相对碎米率,间接提升出米率,具有一定的实用价值。
Buckwheat huller is the key of buckwheat rice processing. Sand plate huller is more used in the production. the advantage is good integrity of shell and rice good. The disadvantage is the low productivity. Hulling gap is a key factor for shelling effect. Due to the manufacturing and installation error, The shelling gaps are serious un-uniformity in the distribution along circumferential direction. In order to improve the shelling effect and performance. The paper conducted a theoretical analysis and consideration. The result is that the four angles of φ、α、β and λ associate with the un-uni- formity of shelling gap. Based on the theoretical analysis, a new method for adjusting the shelling gap was proposed which used the simply "parallel movement" to replace the "rotation + parallel movement". The abrasive between sand plate is also used for eliminating the effect of φ、α、β and λ. The gap adjustment is more convenient and accurate for the scale ring is used. The measuring of the gap proved that the new adjustment could reduce the maximum difference from 1.1 mm to 0.2mm. The shelling test shows that the evenness of gap between sand plates could reduce the relative yield of broken rice and increase the husked rice yield indirectly. The result has some practical value for the production.
