摘要
云南小粒种咖啡果皮粗提物含有花色苷,具有较好的抗氧化活性。利用响应曲面法,研究云南小粒种咖啡果皮粗提物的提取工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,以提取时间、提取温度、提取剂质量分数及料液比为自变量,采用响应曲面法研究各因素及其交互作用对云南小粒种咖啡果皮粗提物提取的影响。模拟得到云南小粒种咖啡果皮粗提物提取工艺的回归方程,确定了提取工艺的最佳提取条件为提取时间120 min,提取温度40℃,提取剂质量分数80%,料液比1:20。在此提取工艺下可以较好地对云南小粒种咖啡果皮粗提物进行提取,为后期花色苷分离作好准备。
Yunnan Arabica coffee husk extractant possessed anthoeyanin, which has antioxidant activity. The extraction technology of the crude extracts of Yunnan Arables coffee husk is studied by response surface methodology. On the basis of single factor test, selecting the extraction time and temperature, concentration and solid-liquid ratio as independent variables, the effect of these faetom and their interaction on Yunnan Arabica coffee husk extracts are studied by response surface method. The regression equation of Yunnan Arabica coffee husk extracts extraction is simulated, as well as the optimum extraction conditions for the extraction process. The extraction process are determined: extraction time 120 min, extraction temperature 40 ℃, extractant concentration 80%, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 20. The processing can be preferably extracted Yunnan Arabica coffee husk extraetant as well as prepared for isolating anthoeyanin.
