摘要
热量表检定装置的准确性直接影响热量表的检定结果。该文旨在改进天津计量院现有的热量表检定装置介质温度测量偏差问题,提出了一种多点位-实时介质温度测量方法,该方法可同时消除传统方法中非实时测量和因被测热量表位置差异造成的测量结果偏差。最终搭建了多点位温度测量试验系统并进行对比试验,分析了试验过程中不同温度测量点位的介质温度变化规律,验证了改进方法的有效性。
The verification results of heat meters are directly determined by the performance of the verification facilities. This paper aimed at eliminating the error of the medium temperature which gain by the verification facility for heat meters of Tianjin institute of metrologieal supervision and testing. To eliminate the error caused by both non-real time testing and position difference of heat meters ,a method named real-time temperature testing of multiple position is presented. Finally ,the experiment system is set up,and the comparison experiment is completed. The variation trend for different position of the temperature is analyzed ,and the result proved the effectiveness of the improving method.
