摘要
为解决紫外超短脉冲激光测量中面临的问题,采用简并四波混频瞬态光栅衍射法,建立了紫外单次自相关仪。利用该仪器对掺钛蓝宝石激光的倍频光、三倍频光和KrF准分子激光进行了测量研究。结果表明:该仪器能实时、单次地获取激光的脉宽,并能实时显示脉宽的变化和波形的调制,其波长范围为248~400nm,时间范围为5ps。
Based on the theory of degenerate four-wave mixing transient grating diffrac- tion, an ultraviolet single shot autocorrelator was set up for resolving the problem confronted in the measurement of ultraviolet pulse laser. The autocorrelator was applied to the measurement of Ti:Sappire second-harmonic-generation laser and third-harmonic- generation laser and KrF excimer laser. The results show that the autocorrelator can acquire the pulse duration in real time and in single shot pattern, present the pulse dura- tion change and the pulse shape modulation, and run within the spectrum range of 248- 400 nm and the time range of 5 ps.
